Christine Rodrigues is a Principal Consultant of R&P Associates, bringing more than 25 years of experience in nonprofit leadership, strategic planning, fundraising, and community-based program development.
She led the stakeholder-informed strategic planning and design effort for the San Francisco Disability Cultural Center—the first municipal center of its kind in the nation—which opened in July 2025. Working in partnership with the Paul K. Longmore Institute on Disability at San Francisco State University, she guided community engagement, needs assessment, and collaborative planning that established the framework for the center.
Christine previously directed SparkPoint Marin, a United Way financial empowerment initiative, where she helped quadruple the program’s reach in three years.
She combines structured analysis with approachable facilitation, bringing clarity, humor, and steady leadership to complex conversations. She believes planning can be both rigorous and energizing—and that strong strategy should strengthen the people doing the work, not exhaust them.
